A Dozen Debates?

Bob McDonnell wants 10 debates with Creigh Deeds.

Okay. I'm not sure what they would have to talk about after one or two -- three, tops -- but there it is.

Enter Ken Cuccinelli. He says he wants a dozen debates with Steve Shannon.

Knowing Ken, he could certainly pad out that many debates...with ease (Senators, regardless of party, do have the knack).

But I wonder if this has more to do with testing the gluteal strength of the press as it does with hashing out the issues.

after seeing, sitting & hearing ken cuccinelli in person, i can attest to the fact that he can breeze thru 12 debates. would everyone be bored? well, yeah.

Not to mention the fact that it's a down-ticket race. In the past no one has paid much attention to the three or so debates the A.G. candidates usually have, except political junkies. If it's a test of the attention span of Virginia voters, I predict they will fail.
